Maintenance and maintenance of SPC floor:

The maintenance of stone plastic floor is very convenient. If the floor is dirty, wipe it with a mop. If you want to keep the floor bright and lasting, you only need to wax it regularly. The maintenance frequency is much lower than other floors.

一. Purpose of cleaning and maintenance：

1. Improve appearance: timely remove the dirt generated in daily use, so that the stone plastic floor can fully show its extraordinary appearance and natural gloss.

2. Protect the floor: protect the stone plastic floor from accidental chemicals, cigarette butts, shoe prints, oil and water, etc., and minimize the mechanical abrasion of the surface, so that the durability of the floor itself can be fully utilized, thereby extending The service life of the floor.

3. Convenient care: Due to the compact surface structure and special treatment of the stone plastic floor, pay attention to daily cleaning and maintenance, which can make the floor easier to care and prolong its service life.

二. Nursing precautions：

1. All kinds of dirt on the ground should be cleaned up in time.

2. It is absolutely forbidden to soak the floor in bright water. Although some floors use waterproof glue to cut off the water source (such as floor drains, water rooms, etc.), long-term soaking in water will seriously affect the service life of the floor. Use a water suction machine to suck up the sewage in time during the cleaning process.

3. For places with a lot of people and abrasion, the maintenance period should be shortened, and the number of waxing passes of the high-strength surface wax should be increased.

4. It is absolutely forbidden to use hard and rough cleaning tools (such as steel wire balls, scouring pads, etc.) to prevent sharp objects from hitting the stone plastic floor.

三. Maintenance methods at different stages:

(1) After the floor is laid, clean and maintain it before use

1. First remove the dust and debris on the floor surface.

2. Use a floor scrubber and 3M red abrasive pads or similar products to clean at low speed (use a powerful general cleaner 1:20 diluted with water and add to the floor scrubber) to remove the protective wax, grease, dust and other dirt on the floor surface. Use a water suction machine to suck up the sewage.

3. Wash with clean water and blot dry.

4. Depending on the situation, add 1-2 layers of high-strength surface wax.

（2）Daily cleaning and maintenance

1. Push dust or vacuum cleaner to vacuum. (Move the ground drag dust agent on the ground, and push the dust after drying.)

2. Wet mopping. (Use the floor cleaning polish to dilute 1:20 with water, and mop the floor with a semi-wet mop.)

(3) Regular cleaning and maintenance

1. Push dust or vacuum cleaner to vacuum.

2. The floor cleaning polish is diluted with water at 1:20, mopping the floor or using a high-speed polishing machine with red abrasive pads for grinding and washing.

3. Top 1-2 layers of high-strength surface wax.

4. If necessary, it can be polished with a high-speed polishing machine and a white polishing pad.

(4) Complete refurbishment treatment

1. Push dust or vacuum cleaner to vacuum.

2. Dilute with strong dewaxing water 1:10 and spread it evenly on the ground, wait 5-10 minutes, clean and dewax at low speed with a floor scrubber and red polishing pad. Use a water suction machine to suck up the sewage in time.

3. Wash with clean water and blot dry until there is no residual detergent left on the floor.

4. If necessary, apply 1-2 layers of high-strength surface wax.

(5) Treatment of special dirt

1. Oil stains: For local oil stains, pour the stock solution of the water-based degreaser directly on a towel to wipe; for large areas of oil stains, dilute the Vite water-based degreaser at 1:10, and then clean it at a low speed with a mopping machine and a red polishing pad.

2. Black offset printing: Polishing with spray cleaning maintenance wax, high-speed polishing machine and white polishing pad. For long-time black offset printing, you can pour the strong black offset remover directly on the towel and wipe it.

3. Gum or chewing gum: Use a professional strong glue remover to pour directly on the towel and wipe off.
