MSYH M318 absorbent water-based interface agent is used for the treatment of absorbent concrete/cement floor. The ground is reinforced before self-leveling. The use of the interface agent makes the strength of the self-leveling and the ground stronger and more stable, avoiding local failure to bond. Emulsion interface treatment agent is used for the primer coating of absorbent base layers such as concrete, cement mortar and anhydrite base layers for walls and floors, that is, to close the capillary pores and gaps of the base layer and reduce the absorbency of the porous base layer; at the same time, it can enhance the interface adhesion of the base layer. It acts as a bonding bridge; the base layer after the primer can be used for the construction of the self-leveling and leveling layer of Meisheng Yaheng.

Sand on the ground is a very common phenomenon. If the ground is sanded before the construction of the rubber floor, special treatment should be carried out, otherwise the self-leveling may crack, causing the rubber floor to not be well pasted. Applicable base layer:

Suitable for non-absorbent, dense or smooth surface substrates such as stone, terrazzo slabs, ceramic tiles, calendered concrete, asphalt and wood surface substrates. It can also be used in geothermal systems with a maximum temperature of 50°C. However, this product should not be used for dusty, brittle surfaces, metal wood chipboards and base layers of magnesium oxide and calcium sulfate, and M320 cannot be used as a moisture-proof layer. This product can only be used indoors.

Construction method:

1. M320 non-absorbent interface treatment agent can be used immediately without adding water.

2. Before use, shake the container evenly, then turn it on for use.

3. Be careful not to pour the product directly on the base layer. It should be poured into the roller tray first, and then use the wool roller to brush the entire base layer evenly and thinly. Be sure to avoid liquid accumulation. The next step of construction can be carried out after the M320 is completely dry.

Construction method:

1. Before use, please open the big bucket, then pour the material in the small bucket into the big bucket completely (pay attention to whether the small bucket is completely empty) and stir it with a suitable electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. According to the compactness of the base layer, add 1-1.5 times water of the total amount of the two components, and stir for 3-4 minutes.

2. Immediately use a roller to evenly coat the product on the surface of the base layer, and use a crisscross roller coating.

3. Coat at least twice when used as reinforcement. When used for self-leveling primer, sprinkle 50-100 mesh clean fine sand immediately after the last pass of roller coating.

Precautions：

1. Store in cool, dry conditions. Product may thicken in cold conditions.

2. Fully mix the A/B components until milky white, and then add 1-1.5 times the amount of water and stir. If stratification occurs after standing for a period of time, it needs to be stirred evenly again; the best construction conditions: temperature 23±2℃, relative air Humidity 40%-75%. The temperature of construction materials and ground shall not be lower than 5 ℃. Low temperatures can prolong the curing time, and high temperatures can shorten the working time of the product.

3. When used for reinforcement, two constructions must be carried out. The dosage of the first course: 120-180g/m2, the dosage of the second course: 100-150g/m2.

4. Please wear protective gloves, glasses, etc. during construction to avoid product contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with running water for 15 minutes, then seek medical attention. Do not pour this product down the drain.
