Basic treatment:

The base layer must be dry, firm, dust-free and free of contamination and debris; in order to ensure good adhesion, M318 water-based interface agent is used for absorbing base layers such as the original concrete foundation floor for sealing treatment; non-absorbent base layers such as stone, terrazzo, ceramic tiles, etc. , use M320 non-absorbent interface treatment agent for sealing treatment.

Construction method:

1. After the original base layer is cleaned, a suitable interface agent should be used to paint the base layer. When the interface agent has been absorbed by the original base layer and dried, start the self-leveling construction of this paragraph.

2. Pour 4.8-5.2L of clean water into the mixing container, then slowly add a 20Kg bag of this self-leveling product, stir with a mixer for 3-5 minutes to a uniform and non-clump-free slurry, pour out the mixture, and evenly Spread out, spread evenly to the required thickness with a spatula or a special toothed scraper, or use a pump with a conveying capacity of 20-40KL/min to convey the slurry to the required thickness.

3. The stirred mixture must be constructed within 20 minutes, and the newly constructed slurry should be protected from strong wind and direct sunlight.

4. Before the initial setting of the product, it is necessary to remove the air brought in during mixing, and defoaming is recommended to ensure a smooth surface.

Reference dosage:

The product dosage is about 3.4kg/m2·2mm or 17kg/m2·10mm, and the actual dosage depends on the construction thickness and the actual conditions of the base surface.

Precautions:

It is not recommended to use in long-term humid environment and avoid outdoor use. Avoid prolonged immersion after this product is fully hardened.

Packaging and Storage:

Packed in 20kg composite paper bag. This product must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture, water, rain and sun exposure. No more than 8 layers are stacked on the pallet, and the shelf life is 6 months.
