MSYH M516 Cement self-leveling

It is refined from raw materials such as special cement, fine aggregate, polymer spray dry powder resin and other cement additives. It is a self-leveling foundation material with high fluidity and high plasticity. The ground leveling before ceramic tiles and other materials is suitable for places with low compressive strength requirements such as homes, offices, and commercial facilities. M516 is not recommended for leveling of rubber floors, vinyl floors and linen floors that require secondary grinding (finishing) and need to be glued.

Features:

The base layer is automatically leveled, and the finishing material can be laid after 24 hours;


The recommended construction thickness is 2-4mm;


Recommended for laying SPC, WPC, wood floors, carpets, tiles;


Recommended for home, office, and small business locations.


Basic treatment:

1. The base layer must be dry, sturdy, load-bearing, dust-free, free of debris that hinders bonding, and the surface is flat.


2. It has good compressive strength.


3. In order to ensure the strength and adhesion of the self-leveling surface, it is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent.

Construction method:

1. After the base layer is cleaned, first use M318 water-based interface agent to paint the base layer. When the interface agent has been absorbed by the base layer and is dry on the surface (about 2 to 4 hours after the application of the interface agent), start self-leveling construction.


2. Add about 6-6.5L of water to a container, then slowly add a bag of 25kg self-leveling, stir with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, pour out the mixture, spread it out evenly, and use a special spout The thickness of the scraper is controlled, the mixture must be used up as soon as possible, and the self-leveling that has just been constructed should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds.


3. Before self-leveling and initial setting, use a defoaming roller to roll the ground to remove the air brought in during mixing.


Precautions:

Since this product contains cement, it will react with water to produce strong alkaline, so avoid contact with skin and eyes; once in contact, immediately rinse with water; if skin or eyes are injured, seek medical attention immediately. After this product is completely hardened, it will not produce substances that have an impact on the body and the environment.


Packaging and Storage

25kg composite paper bag packaging. This product must be stored indoors, and pay attention to moisture, freezing and sun exposure. No more than 8 layers are stacked on the pallet, and the shelf life is 6 months.
