M780 high-strength floor adhesive is suitable for sticking most PVC and CV tile floors with good texture on the absorbent base. It is a high-quality product for pasting LVT sheets. Basic treatment:

If the base layer has oil stains, wax water and mold release agent, etc., it needs to be decontaminated with waxing water; it is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent (porous absorbent base layer) to seal the slightly sandy ground; it is recommended to use the uneven base layer. Meisheng Yaheng self-leveling for leveling (leveling thickness at least 2mm); the wet base layer is recommended to use two-component epoxy moisture-proof interface agent for moisture-proof treatment. The base layer with cracks is recommended to be repaired with a two-component epoxy material.

Construction method:

The M780 adhesive should be applied to the prepared substrate with a suitable spatula. The type of scraper should be selected according to the material of the ground material and the type of the back layer and the base layer. Make sure the adhesive is properly transferred. Floor materials should be laid according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

The application of M780 should be in accordance with the minimum environmental conditions and methods specified in the standard GB50209.

Semi-dry method: Apply the adhesive to the absorbent substrate with a suitable spatula, and choose the appropriate drying time according to the environmental conditions. It is recommended to use "double trigger" for impervious floors, such as rubber floors. See the technical leaflet for details.

Pressure Sensitive Method: Apply adhesive to subfloor and back of material with a suitable spatula. Before laying the floor, wait for the adhesive to become dry, i.e. not stick to the adhesive to the touch of your fingers.

Note: Pressure-sensitive methods cannot be used when installing rubber floors or certain surface materials.

Contact Method: Apply the adhesive to the base and the back of the floor material with a roller and wait for both sides to become dry. Lay the material to ensure full contact. Apply heavy pressure to expel entrapped air. If you have any questions about the construction method, please consult the technical department of our company. Health and Safety:

M780 is environmentally friendly and non-flammable. The M780 is safe when used correctly. M780 needs to be protected from frost during storage, transportation and use. Wear suitable personal protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles, when required.

Precautions:

Do not pour into the sewer. The seal can be retained for next use. Or if storage expires, dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Dispose of empty drums in accordance with local regulations, or recycle.

Packaging and Storage:

20kg plastic drum packaging. This product must be stored indoors at 5°C-35°C to prevent freezing and exposure to sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
