MSYH M616 Cement self-leveling

M625 cement-based thick layer self-leveling is made of special cement, fine aggregate, polymer spray dry powder resin and other cement additives. It has good fluidity and can quickly and automatically level the ground. The thickness of one construction can reach 5mm- 25mm, it can be used for about 6 hours at room temperature. After the self-leveling is completely dry, the next process can be carried out, which can shorten the construction period and provide a smooth, intact and solid ideal base effect. Carpets, various types of elastic floors, epoxy, polyurethane and other floor materials are non-toxic, harmless and green products.

Applicable base layer:

Raw base layer processing:

1. The original base layer must be dry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, and free of debris that hinders bonding;

2. In order to ensure good adhesion between the self-leveling and the base layer, and the original base layer on the absorbent surface, it is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent;

3. It is recommended to use M320 non-absorbent interface treatment agent for the original base layers of non-absorbent surfaces such as stone, terrazzo base, and ceramic tiles.

Construction method:

1. After the original base layer is cleaned, a suitable interface agent should be used to paint the base layer. When the interface agent has been absorbed by the original base layer and is in a semi-dry state (2-6 hours after the application of the interface agent), start self-leveling construction;

2. Pour 5L of water into the mixing container, then slowly add a 25kg bag of self-leveling, stir with a mixer for 2-3 minutes to a uniform and non-clump-free slurry, pour out the mixture, spread it out evenly, and wipe it with Knives or special tooth gap scrapers are evenly distributed to the required thickness;

3. The construction of the mixture must be completed as soon as possible, and the self-leveling that has just been constructed should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds;

4. Or a pump with a conveying capacity of 20-40L/min can be used to convey the slurry;

5. Before self-leveling and initial setting, a special defoaming roller should be used to roll the ground to remove the air brought in during mixing to ensure uniform thickness.

Reference dosage:

The dosage of M625 cement-based thick layer self-leveling mortar is about 1.7kg/㎡∙mm, and the actual dosage depends on the construction thickness and the actual conditions of the base surface.

Precautions:

Since this product contains cement, it will react with water to produce strong alkali, so avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water; seek medical attention if skin or eyes are injured. After this product is completely hardened, it will not produce substances that have an impact on the body and the environment.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg composite paper bag packaging. This product must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture, water, rain and sun exposure. No more than 8 layers are stacked on the pallet, and the shelf life is 6 months.
