Applicable base:

1. Suitable for porous absorbent, firm, flat, dry, clean, crack-free, grease-free, wax-free floors;

2. Suitable for hard cement-based self-leveling leveling layer;

3. Suitable for raised wooden floors, plywood underlayment or particleboard.

Basic treatment:

If the base layer has oil stains, wax water and mold release agent, etc., it needs to be decontaminated with waxing water; it is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent (porous absorbent base layer) to seal the slightly sandy ground; it is recommended to use the uneven base layer. Meisheng Yaheng self-leveling is used for leveling (leveling thickness is at least 2mm); it is recommended to use two-component epoxy moisture-proof interface agent for moisture-proof treatment on wet base layers. The base layer with cracks is recommended to be repaired with a two-component epoxy material.

Construction method:

No dilution is required. If a small amount of clear liquid is found on the surface after opening the barrel, the glue needs to be stirred evenly before construction. Then use a suitable scraper (A2 scraper) to spread the glue evenly on the base layer, wait for about 10 minutes, and then lay the floor on the glue. After pasting, compact with a roller or roll with a roller to achieve a uniform pasting effect. Paved tile floors should be flat. The application of M735 PVC strong sheet floor adhesive conforms to the basic environmental conditions and construction methods in the Chinese building materials industry standard JC/T550-2008.

Precautions:

If the construction temperature is lower than 15℃ or the relative humidity is higher than 75%, please consult the technical department. If there is conjunctiva on the surface of the glue after opening, it needs to be removed first, and it can be used after stirring evenly. Do not dump glue into gutters or sewers. The lid should be sealed after use. Tools or excess glue can be washed off with water.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg or 5kg plastic drum. This product should be stored indoors at 5°C-35°C to prevent freezing and exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
