M720D is a dispersed one-component static conductive functional adhesive, suitable for laying various types of static conductive or static dissipative PVC sheet floors. Usually used in electronic workshops, clean rooms, laboratories and other places with anti-static requirements. Copper foil and anti-static PVC floor are laid on it together.

Applicable base:

1. Suitable for porous absorbent, firm, dry, flat, crack-free, grease-free, wax-free floors.

2. Suitable for hard cement-based self-leveling screed.

3. Suitable for raised wooden floors, plywood underlayment or particleboard.

Precautions:

If the construction temperature is lower than 15℃ or the relative humidity is higher than 75%, please consult our technical staff. Do not pour glue down sewers or gutters. Unused glue should be sealed and stored. Tools can be cleaned with water.

Basic treatment:

If the base layer has oil stains, wax water and mold release agent, etc., it needs to be decontaminated with waxing water; it is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent (porous absorbent base layer) to seal the slightly sandy ground; it is recommended to use the uneven base layer. Meisheng Yaheng self-leveling is used for leveling (leveling thickness is at least 2mm); it is recommended to use two-component epoxy moisture-proof interface agent for moisture-proof treatment on wet base layers. The base layer with cracks is recommended to be repaired with a two-component epoxy material.

Construction method:

No dilution is required, please stir well before use, and then use appropriate B3 scraper to evenly coat the glue on the surface of the base layer. According to the temperature and humidity of the construction site, after waiting for about 5-10 minutes (more than 50% of the film becomes transparent), the floor can be laid on the surface of the glue, and then flatten the floor with a cork pusher, and then use a 50 kg roller Roll on the paved floor for best results. *Please refer to the information of each floor company for laying the floor.

Packaging and Storage:

20kg or 5kg plastic drum. This product should be stored indoors at 5°C to 35°C to prevent freezing and exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
