M919 Two-Component Polyurethane Adhesive
Two-component polyurethane adhesive for rubber flooring , PVC flooring, cork flooring, linoleum , flooring and outdoor sports ground and artificial turf and so on.
Suitable in dry subfloor , such as: the use of cement mortar subfloor , concrete , wood, plywood, ceramic tile , stone, metal and other basic . Particularly suitable for use in high- load floor.
Basic Instructions :
The surface must be firm, smooth, dry, clean and free of cracks. If a flat base surface , use a self-leveling refined beauty of MSYH self-leveling . When used directly without leveling absorbent subfloor , use two-component epoxy damp proof membrane EP30 subfloor be closed. Dense, smooth sanding required basis . Please comply with the relevant product specifications .
Construction Description :
Before use , open vats ( 10 kg size ) , then keg ( 2 kg ) in all parts of the group into the vat must use the appropriate electric mixer stir the product. Then stir the mixture into another clean container and stir again briefly . Stir thoroughly to ensure uniform and consistent color. Particular attention should be stirred vessel walls and bottom. This product will be used scraper uniform coating to the substrate surface ( see " with the Scale" ) . Laying floors and even rolling . 2-3 kid again on the floor rolling . Ensure adequate transfer of glue to the back of the floor. Clean tools immediately after construction with ethyl acetate and other additives .

Packaging and Storage:
A group of 10kg, group B 2kg. This product can be stored into the original packaging within 12 months. Store in a cool , dry environment. Cold storage leads to an increase in viscosity , and therefore should be placed before the use of the room, to reach room temperature ( at least 15 ℃).
