Primary Treatment:

Substrate if has oil contamination, wax water and mold release, required wax water decontamination to treatment ; recommend M318 Water-Based Primer for closed minor sand ground ( porous absorbent subfloor) ; recommend MSYH Self-Leveling Polymer Cement for leveling uneven ground( leveling thickness at least 2mm); recommend MSYH Two-Component Epoxy Moisture Primer for treatment wet subfloor moisture. The subfloor presence of cracks recommend MSYH Two-Component Epoxy Resin Material to repair .

Construction Method:

Don’t dilution, use the appropriate scraper (B3 scraping tooth) coated the adhesive evenly on the substrate surface. If finding surface with a small amount of clear fluid after opening bucket, need to stir the glue evenly and then construction. According to the temperature and humidity of the construction site and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes (hand touch have apparent viscosity drawing) and then laying the floor, then push cork to make flooring flattened and use more than 50kg rolling device to roll on the paved floor to get better effect.

Precautions:

If the temperature is below 15 ℃ construction or relative humidity above 75%, please consult our technical staff opinion. If mucilage with conjunctiva after opening, need to weed out first, stir evenly before use. Don’t put glue dumped into the sewer or gutterway. Unused glue should be kept sealed. Tools can be cleaned with water .

Packaging and Storage :

25kg plastic drum. This product should be stored at indoor 5 ℃ -35 ℃,

prevent freezing, solarization. Shelf life of 6 months.

M780 High-Strength Adhesive

Uses:

Emulsion adhesive for bonding Homogeneous or laminated PVC coil and sheet、vinyl quartz floor tiles、rubber sheet and tile (thickness less than 2 mm ) 、impermeable layer、resilient flooring and so on.

Construction Method:

M780 adhesive need appropriate scraper coated on the prepared substrate.Scraper type should be selected based on the material of flooring and back layer and basic category. Ensure adhesive is appropriate transfered. The flooring material laying should be according to the manufacturer suggestion. M780 application should according to the minimum environmental conditions and the way of the standard GB50209.Semi-dry method: use the suitable scraper coated the glue to the absorbent substrate, select the appropriate drying glue according to the environmental conditions.Recommended for impervious flooring, such as rubber floor, use "double trigger" laying.Please refer to the technical sheet.Pressure sensitive method: use the suitable scraper coated the glue to the substrate and backing floor.Before laying, waiting for the glue becomes dry, namely the finger touch will not stick to the adhesive. Note: when installing rubber floor or some surface pressure sensitive method is not recommended. Contact method: use roller to coated the glue to the substrate and backing floor, waiting for the two sides become dry. Laying materials, to ensure full contact.

MSYH M780 is solvent-free, non-flammable . When MSYH M780 proper use is safe. MSYH M780 during storage , transportation and use of the need to prevent frost. If necessary, wear appropriate personal protective equipment , such as gloves, goggles.
