M418 Thick Self-leveling
M418 uses the high strength gypsum, fine aggregate and other additives, is green product, have good liquidity, can fast automatic leveling the ground and single construction thickness of 2 mm to 30 mm. After 24 hours, a flat and solid base can be reached. All kinds of PVC flooring, wood floor, carpet, ceramic tile, stone, epoxy, polyurethane and other ground materials can be directly installed.

Application Places:
Suitable for home, office, hotel, school, hospital, small exhibition hall, light industrial floor and other ground projects leveling, very suitable for leveling on the underfloor heating.
Surface Treatment:
The base must be dry, solid, dust-free, pollution-free sundries. To ensure good adhesion, absorbent surface such as concrete, it is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent for sealing treatment. Stone, terrazzo base surface, ceramic tile and other non-absorbent surface, M320 non-absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended for sealing treatment.

Application:
1. After the original base is cleaned, appropriate primer should be selected and applied to the surface. After the primer has been absorbed by the original base and dried and solidified, start applying the self-leveling.
2. Pour 6-6.5L of water into the mixing container, then slowly add a pack of self-leveling. Blend with blender for 3-5 minutes and no clumps. Pour out the mixture, spread evenly and spread evenly with spatula or special toothed scraper until desired thickness, or the transmission capacity of 20-40 KL/min pump slurry to the required thickness.
3. The mixture shall be applied within 20 minutes. The freshly constructed slurry shall avoid direct sunlight and strong wind.
4. Before the initial setting of the product, the air brought in during mixing should be eliminated. It is recommended to conduct defoaming to ensure the smooth surface.
Reference Consumption:
Product consumption is about 3.2kg/m²·2mm or 16kg/m²·10mm. The actual amount depends on the construction thickness and actual conditions of the surface.
Notes:
This product is not recommended for long-term wet environment. Avoid outdoor use. Avoid long soaking after the product is fully hardened.
Packaging and storage:
25kg/bag. This product must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, rainproof and prevent insolating. Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers. Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures Shelf life is 6 months.
