M622 Self-leveling
M622 Self-leveling using special cement, fine aggregate and special polymer spray powder resins and other raw materials such as cement additives, refined, with a high mobility, self-leveling high plasticity of the foundation material for light commercial construction, family and other places.

Applicable Substrate:
Applicable to all types of flooring , carpets, tiles, floor tiles and other materials , to provide smooth, intact, solid substrate ideals , is non-toxic and green.
Substrate Treatment:
Substrate must be dry , solid, load-bearing , dust, debris hinder bonding , smooth surface.To ensure self-leveling surface strength and adhesion, absorbent substrate recommend using M318 water-based primer ; stone, terrazzo base surface, tiles and other non-absorbent substrate surface, recommend using MSYH M320 non-absorbent primer for treatment.

Application:
①After the substrate is cleaned, apply the appropriate primer, when the primer is absorbed by the substrate, in the semi-dry state(approximately 2-6hours after the primer construction), start the construction of self-leveling.
②Poured about 6-6.5L water in a mixing container, then slowly add to a pack of self-leveling(25kg), stirring with a mixer until a uniform slurry without groups, pouring the mixture was uniformly, spread with a special scraper control the thickness, just finishing construction mixture to prevent direct sunlight and strong wind blowing.
③Before the initial setting of self-levelling, the antifoaming roller is used for antifoaming. Transmission capacity can be used (20-40 liters / minute) pumping self-leveling slurry.
Precautions:
Mixed with the other models or other brands of self-leveling is forbidden, mixed with other formula self-leveling will be fast setting and not flow. When using other types of self-leveling, need to replace or clean mixing equipment.
As the product contains cement, reacts with water to produce highly alkaline, avoid contact with skin, eyes. In case of contact, immediately wash with water; If skin or eye injury, seek immediate medical attention. This product will not produce the body, environmental impact material after ，hardening.
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/package. The product shall be kept indoors, pay attention to moisture, prevent freezing, exposure. Stacked on pallets no more than eight layers, Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures Shelf life is 6 months.
