Applicable Substrate：

1. For a porous absorbent, strong, dry, smooth, no cracks, no oil, no wax floor.

2. Suitable for hard cement-based self-leveling screed.

Substrate Treatment：

Substrate if has oil contamination, wax water and mold release, required wax water decontamination to treatment ; recommend M318 Water-Based Primer for closed minor sand ground ( porous absorbent subfloor) ; recommend MSYH Self-Leveling Polymer Cement for leveling uneven ground( leveling thickness at least 2mm); recommend MSYH Two-Component Epoxy Moisture Primer for treatment wet subfloor moisture. The subfloor presence of cracks recommend MSYH Two-Component Epoxy Resin Material to repair .

Primary Treatment:

If substrate is oil, water and mold release wax, wax water required decontamination; minor sand from the ground suggested M318 water-based interface agent (porous absorbent layer) bottoming closed; unlevel substrate recommended to use MSYH self-leveling for leveling (leveling thickness of at least 2mm); damp substrate recommended treatment with two component epoxy moisture proof interface agent. Cracks substrate recommends using two-component epoxy repair material.

Construction Method:

Without dilution, Stir before using, and then use the appropriate B3 teeth scraping the glue evenly over the surface coated at the substrate level.

According to the construction site of the temperature and humidity, wait about 5-10 minutes (more than 50% of the film becomes transparent) surface can be laid in mortar floor, then push the cork board to flatten the floor, then roll is 50 kg rolling on the paved floor, you can achieve the best results.
