M620 Thick Self-leveling Mortar
Cement based thick self leveling mortar, with the special cement, fine aggregate, and other additives of cement powder spray, has good mobility, quickly automatic leveling the ground, thickness of up to 5-30mm. At room temperature (more than 25℃), which can be walked on after 6 hours, 24 hours for the next process, which can be directly applied by the ground paving tile, wood flooring, carpet, SPC and other materials to provide solid ideal base, non-toxic and harmless, green environmental friendly products.

Applicable Substrate:

Application Method:
1.Cleaning up substrate, choose the appropriate interface agent, when the interface agent in the semi dry state (about 2-4 hours after the bottom coating ), then begin self leveling operation.
2. Pouring water into container, slowly adding a bag of 25Kg powder, stirring for 3-5 minutes to uniform , evenly spread, with a spatula to exhibit uniform as required thickness, prevent direct sunlight and the wind blowing, it should be completed within 20 minutes.
3.Before the initial coagulation, the use of special defoaming roll to exclude the air, to ensure uniform thickness.

Material Consumption:

Substrate Preparation:
The base must be dry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, and free from impurities. In order to ensure the self-leveling surface strength and adhesion, M318/M320 is recommend for absorbent /non-absorbent substrate.
Safety Note：
As this product contains cement, it reacts with water to produce strong alkaline, avoiding contact with skin and eyes. Once contact, flushing immediately with water. If skin or eye is injured, seek medical attention immediately. This product can be completely hardened and will not produce any material that affects the body or the environment.
Packaging and Storage:
25Kg composite paper bag packaging. This product must be stored in the room, pay attention to moisture, prevent freezing, exposure. No more than 8 layers on pallets, Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures Shelf life is 6 months.
