Applicable Subfloor :

Emulsion primer treatment for wall and floor absorbent subfloor such as concrete, cement mortar , anhydrite subfloor primer , which closed the pores and cracks subfloor, subfloor lower porous absorbent ; while enhancing the interfacial adhesion subfloorsubfloor , acts as an adhesive bridge. By subfloor primer can be constructed after MSYH self-leveling layer.

Primary Treatment:

Subfloor should be hard, smooth, dry, clean, no cracks , no fat , no release agent. If a large area of subfloor or loose surface laitance , should peening. Subfloor primer before sanding and use a vacuum cleaner to clean up.

Drying Time : Cement floor or concrete base , 1-2 hours ( wetting fluid can be no self-leveling construction , do not wait too long ) practical application ( according to the site temperature and relative air humidity adjustment ).

Construction Method:

Cement mortar floor interface treatment by MSYH M318，Dilute with water according to the absorption of the base and then roll with the wool roller . Subfloor required for highly absorbent roll twice, you do not need watered concrete floor directly roll . Tools and containers can be cleaned with water .

Note:

MSYH M318 Water-based Primer only suitable for use at temperatures of 5 ℃ to 35 ℃ . Data provided in this manual is at 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and 50-55 % relative humidity achieved . Please note that in other climates , the curing time will be extended or shortened.

Packaging and Storage:

20kg plastic pails. The product shall be kept at room 5 ℃ -35 ℃, prevent freezing, exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
