M616 Two-component self-leveling
M616 two-component self-leveling has high fluidity and good plasticity when component A and component B are fully mixed. With good fluidity and plasticity, provide a flat and solid base for installing flooring, carpet, wooden floor and other floor decoration materials, is non-toxic , harmless and green. Applicable to hospital, education, family, office, business facilities and so on.
Features:
According to the technical requirements of JCT985-2017 and GBT25181-2010, it is made of special cement, fine aggregate and other additives. Low folding ratio, excellent flexibility, no need to stir with water.
Applicable Substrate :
Suitable for leveling indoor and outdoor cement floor, concrete, ceramic tile, steel plate.
Substrate Treatment:
1. The substrate must be dry, solid, load-bearing, dust-free, no oil and other sundries.
2. Sheet metal must be rust removal.
3. To ensure good results, it is recommended to use MSYH special primer.

Consumption : Approximately 3.5kg/m²·2mm (in total of two components)

Application:
1.After the basic treatment, brush the special primer, when the primer is dry, self-leveling can be started. The steel plate base layer shall be coated with "special primer" after rust removal, and shall be self-leveling construction after curing.
2.Pour B component in a container, then slowly to join A component, stirred with mixer for 3-5 minutes , pour the mixture was uniformly spread with a special scraper control the thickness.
3. Before the initial setting of self-levelling, the antifoaming roller is used for antifoaming.
4. The mixture must be used within 20 minutes.
Note:
As the product contains cement , reacts with water to produce highly alkaline , avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Packaging and Storage:
A:25kg/bag,B: 7.8kg/barrel. The product shall be kept indoors , pay attention to moisture , prevent freezing, exposure. Stacked on pallets no more than eight layers , Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures Shelf life is 6 months.
