M320 Non-absorbent Primer

Applicable Subfloor :
Applicable to non-absorbent , dense subfloor or smooth surfaces , such as stone , terrazzo , ceramic tile , calendering concrete, asphalt and wood surfaces subfloor. Can also be used as a maximum temperature of 50 ℃ geothermal system . But for excessive dust , brittle surface , the metal oxide particle board and magnesium oxide, calcium sulfate subfloor , the product should not be used as a moisture barrier while M320 can not use . This product is for indoor use only .
Primary Treatment:
Construction of the surface to be a solid , no structural damage , have sufficient compressive and flexural strength , smooth , dry, clean and free of cracks , grease and mold release agents without chemical additives . If a large area of subfloor or loose surface laitance , should peening . Before construction , it is recommended to do all the minerals subfloor moisture content testing. In the high moisture content of the subfloor roots, especially in new buildings needs to be done to deal with moisture . Primer before sanding and cleaning the subfloor clean .

Construction Method:
MSYH M320 non-absorbent Primer without watered , ready to use . Before use, even shaking the container , and then turn to use. Be careful not to pour the product directly on the subfloor level, it should be poured into a roller tray, then sheep wool roller evenly throughout the thin brushing the subfloor roots, we must avoid the effusion. M320 to be completely dry before the next step after construction .
Note:
MSYH M320 non-absorbent Primer is environmentally friendly, non- flammable, low volatility dedicated interface processing products. The best environment for the construction of more than
15 ℃ temperature and relative humidity below 75%. Construction site shall ensure good ventilation .
Packaging and Storage:
20kg plastic pails. The product shall be kept at room 5 ℃ -35 ℃, prevent freezing, exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
